This is a great everyday item; it's super convenient to heat up. Just pour the beef over hot rice, and you have a beef bowl in minutes. The beef slices are thinly cut and tender, and the onions are soaked in the sauce, creating a perfect balance of sweet and savory – a classic Yoshinoya flavor. Add a soft-boiled or onsen egg, sprinkle with chopped green onions and shichimi togarashi (seven-spice powder), and the flavor will be even richer, basically recreating the experience of eating beef bowl at the restaurant. When you're busy and don't want to cook, grabbing a pack is both convenient and satisfying.
This can be heated up and eaten immediately, which is very convenient. It's one of the items we repurchase at home.
