The hot pot was delicious and had a fantastic texture.
The rice was spoiled and inedible, and I had to pay full price this year. I'm probably going to throw it away because it's inedible. And they delivered me a bunch of rotten vegetables, half of which I had to throw away because they were rotten and the bananas were bruised and damaged. It was so delicious! Next time I won't dare buy anything on sale like that again because the food isn't fresh and inedible, and I wasted my time scrutinizing it. It's such a shame.

I can't usually find maitake mushrooms at my local Asian supermarket, so I was happy to find them here, and even better, they were on sale (though still $2.99), so I bought three. I immediately sautéed one in butter. I broke apart the rest and put them in the freezer.
