I’m also happy with the long shelf life, with an expiration date of March 26, 2027. They’re very easy to prepare—just soak them in hot water until they soften. After that, they can be used in a variety of dishes, such as stir-fries, braised recipes, or soups. Overall, these beancurd sticks are a versatile and excellent plant-based protein option for a vegan diet.

I've been demolishing these straight from the bag. Very versatile flavor, I might make cinnamon toast crunch sticks with them, they have a perfect crunch. A lot of protein too!
