I bought this the second time, it was so good so I have to buy it again. Just keep it frozen if you’re planning on to keep it and remember to thaw it for hours before use. Don’t try to open the rice paper while its still frozen or its gonna crack into pieces
It came with frozen, just thaw it before open. Don’t try to open or the rice paper will crack into pieces. It was worth it, flavorful and it would be so great if you can make some mayo for every rolls. Anyways it was delicious

Making mixed rice paper salad is very delicious.
I bought some mango, coriander, quail eggs, and lime, added a little fried shallots and dried shrimp, just like authentic Vietnamese mixed rice paper salad. I didn't use the satay oil from the rice paper packet, but used homemade satay instead, which didn't have an oily smell and was very fragrant.
Adding some Vietnamese coriander and boiled eggs makes it even tastier.

I've bought this product 3-4 times before. It was always fine. But this time it had a strange smell, a fishy odor, like it had spoiled from being stored for too long or not properly preserved during shipping. However, since I put it in the freezer after receiving it and didn't eat it immediately, I can't request a refund.
Today I ate a large bowl of Nha Trang fish noodle soup, it was smelly and sour, I couldn't eat it.
