I received these on the greener side which I really appreciate and thankful for. I am waiting for them to ripen to make a Thai dessert. The weather has not been kind at 90 degrees making my fruit ripen in a not look so pleasant to the eye. i know for a fact these bananas are delicious without a doubt.

The bananas this time are terrible! Each bunch only has 7 bananas, and one unripe one was picked, along with several others! I'm very disappointed with this batch! All 4 bunches of bananas are ugly, bruised, and unripe!

It's very sweet and delicious, but I didn't get the doneness right. I thought it wasn't fully cooked, but it was already starting to mushy inside. So you should eat it as soon as possible.
