It’s okay, almost not salty, almost not spicy, with a light aroma of chili oil. It’s much better than the Zhuangyuan brand bamboo shoots, which are also produced in Taiwan.

You can tell how good it is just by looking at the fact that I’ve already finished half the jar! It’s definitely worth buying, and I’ll be repurchasing it over and over again. The flavor is perfectly balanced, and the bamboo shoots have such a fragrant aroma. It’s delicious on its own, but paired with noodles, it’s absolutely addictive!
