The Iberian short ribs were very fresh, had no porky smell, and were of excellent quality.

The iberico ribs are smaller than the average size ribs so make sure you order 2 if you eat a lot or like a lot of meat on a rib. Iberico flavor is amazing though!

Plenty of meat and in good condition. I soaked it in water for 2-3 hours to remove the blood and oven-roasted it, so there is no gamey smell.
