easy to use and eat
It's nice that you can eat it without worrying about the expiration date because it's dried vegetables.
It's so hard to find fresh vegetables, but sometimes I just want to eat them. I tried using dried vegetables in rice and it was delicious. Dried vegetables aren't readily available in the supermarket, so I hadn't even considered them until I saw them and bought them right away. They're wild vegetables, so I was excited. The quantity wasn't much.
It's delicious. Just add it right before cooking rice :)
This was also delicious! It's so convenient and great. People who eat a lot can eat it all in one meal. I'm planning to stock up when it's on sale.
Use this wild vegetable mix as base to make kimchi soup with pickled kappa and seaweed flakes . Beef bone broth will add flavor. Who knows what I will be adding to it, chicken breast or eggs.
It smells good and is very expensive. The price in Korea is less than $2.

Used it as directed and put it over rice in the rice cooker. Maybe it needs slightly more water because it came out a little dry.
