When you first open the packet, it is half seaweed and half salt. Place the seaweed in a large bowl, add water, and knead it by hand. Change the water 6-7 times. Once some of the salt has been removed, drain the water using a sieve. Cut the seaweed into appropriate sizes (7-8 cm in length) using a knife or scissors. Lightly coat a frying pan with cooking oil and add a little minced garlic to release its aroma. Add the seaweed and stir-fry. Taste the dish, then add 1 tablespoon of tuna fish sauce (adjust according to saltiness), sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Stir quickly and mix well to finish. (If you want a pretty color, adding a little julienned carrot will make it look even better.)
