Delicious, the taste is as good as Xinkangkang, but the bamboo shoots are more tender, even the thick bamboo shoots do not have much crude fiber

I have to go to NYC ($$$ = $40 tolls, gas, parking) to get these as my local (35 miles away) Asian grocery store doesn’t carry them. Tasty favorite growing up! Thank you Weee
