The Classic! So happy to find it here, it is made in the USA but its an old fashioned Thai dessert. Add fresh fruit or canned fruit cocktail or just enjoy on it’s own! Sometimes I will use soy or almond milk for half of the water volume and make a creamier, higher protein dessert. Either way, its healthy and delicious!

It was easy to make. The instructions said to boil it, which made me a little worried for a moment, but since agar is the main ingredient, it solidified properly. It has a firm texture, and personally, I preferred cutting it into cubes rather than eating it in chunks with a spoon. The taste is what you'd expect for the price, but I'm satisfied considering the reasonable price.

The mango pudding is pretty good. The texture is more of a hybrid between pudding and jello. It's very mango forward and you could make it even better by putting fresh cut mango or whipped cream on top. We all enjoyed this dessert especially on a hot day. I'd purchase this again.
