The steak is very delicious and rich, however if someone isn’t used to eating A5 Wagyu, they’ll find it extremely fatty. I could only manage a few bites.

Delicious and wonderful marbling. I bought another brand of wagyu that was $20 cheaper and was 12 ounces and tasted almost as good though. It was very delicious and if the other brand wasn’t around I’d buy this again.

Good, very thin, a lot of fat, just fry for a few seconds
The top two slices don’t have much oil on the edges, and the kids love them. When we make barbecue, they feel like they melt in the mouth. However, the bottom slices are all thick with oil on the edges, which makes them greasy and hard to bite off.
It's so delicious. Although it's expensive, it's worth it. 8 thin slices, fried in a non-stick pan, without any seasoning, absolutely delicious. I will buy it again.
Some parts are chewy, but price is good.
Ordinary fatty beef tastes better than this. It has too much tendons and it’s a big loss to buy it at this price.

Got some lean and premium version to try. Loved both! You should go for lean version if you need less fatty beef and cheaper price. Go for premium for the full experience fatty Wagyu beef!
1 pack is a bit pricey but it's still way cheaper than eating in a restaurant. So it's worth it!

I fried it and only added salt and black pepper. It has a milky flavor and is very fragrant. You will get sick of it if you eat too much.

Way too much fat. The people who processed this cut really low balled its consumers
Well 1st time ever eating these grade of beef. And I am happy we tried it. Sear it with the highest smoke point oil u have. We had algae oil so we did the griddle to the max right when it started to smoke and 1-2 min per side just to get a sear and internal temp of 130 and right to the plate and eat fast so it doesn’t over cook. It’s truly melt in you tongue and at least one side has to have a good sear to give it a nice bite since it’s like butter. I have to order a few more.

I bought these for $70 (on sale) which was a great deal for A5 wagyu, especially those imported from Japan. I noticed that there were big chunks of fat from on some of the meat, so I cut them off and used them to grease the pan instead of cooking oil. It’s not a big deal to me since the remaining meat still tasted decent.
I ordered two pieces of the type shown in the picture, but you only delivered one.
This is a delicious, high-quality beef product; it features beautiful marble-like marbling, is very tender, and has excellent elasticity.
Almost one third of it is fat, which is really a rip-off.
Although it is a bit black, it is really fragrant and goes well with rice
