I received this as a gift.
I bought this for the first time! I added 4 tablespoons to 3 cups of rice and this is how it turned out. Maybe I should mix it in a little more. It has a mild flavor, the added chewiness encourages chewing, and it's great for getting dietary fiber.
Healthy mixed grain rice is better than eating plain white rice.
It was a little pricey, but I bought it anyway. I'm looking forward to it.

L on ve the texture! I soaked for at least 4 hours and cook for 30 minutes in rice cooker with 1:2 rice-water ratio. The texture was perfect. Will test 1:1.5 ratio next time because the bottom was a bit watery (but the rice was fully cooked and in normal texture).
