It cooks in about 30 seconds when placed in boiling water, so it's best to add it at the very end of the cooking process.

I was disappointed that it wasn't in stock for a while, but it finally came back in stock, so I bought it. If you make Tom Yum Goong at home, you can add plenty of seafood and mushrooms, so you don't need to go to a Thai restaurant.

This is my second time ordering this. I dont have an Oriental store near me and when I found this on my first order I knew I had to go back and re-purchase. Bottle size is great and perfect for what your are going to marinate it with. The first time I used chicken and this time I used it with short ribs. Awesome

Great savory flavor.

This has a strong turkey taste but it's not overpowering. I am used to cheetos in the united states.That is primarily cheese. This product is not that way. I would definitely purchase this again.
