I'm repurchasing this~ It's delicious. However, this time it feels a bit mushy.

At 5lb for this price, it was a great deal. The potatoes are fluffy and delicious. Today I microwaved them and made potato salad.

Better than those eggplants we get from regular grocery stores. Delivered fresh as always.
