I used it in Mala Xiang Guo, but I think I can use it in other dishes too! It tastes delicious if you blanch it briefly for less than a minute. If you blanch it for too long, it breaks easily.

I cooked Ginisang Monggo yesterday, and my husband (American) really loves the Ginisang Monggo, and We ate it this dinner again, and I still have more in the fridge I'll try to finish it tomorrow. Pinoy foods are never boring to cook especially with Kanin. Perfect partner to these Pinoy Ulam and really great Pinoy ulam, whether simple or fancy, Kanin is definitely included!! This TOYO and SUKA are good for my dishes, I can't imagine that I can cook adobos and pancit again with this products, so I am very thankful to WEEE, I ordered very smooth and fast, my order arrived immediately. The prices are much better than Asian markets, the food is fresh, and it's packaged very carefully. I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance. It's a shame because it's so inconvenient! Hopefully, they will offer fresh food delivery through Gofftown in the future. I'll only buy from Wee and won't need to go to any other market anymore.

For the price it's not worth it, way too small... Oh well, it's useful if no fresh lemongrass is available. Can't wait to make homemade Chicken Nasal!
