I love fried tofu; I add it to soups, braised pork, and stir-fries. This stir-fry of dried tofu, fried tofu, and edamame with spicy bean paste is a dish I've eaten since childhood. It's delicious both hot and cold, goes well with rice, and tastes wonderful!
