Good seaweed noodles

I think it's good because I can drink it with more peace of mind since it's zero calorie.

I bought it to make poke, and it was all gone in one meal. I'm quite thin, which is okay. The main problem is that I can't find any other food that can be eaten raw.

these are amazing. medium low heat is best and very filling. Great with honey and add some butter to the oil for best results.
