I used it in Mala Xiang Guo, but I think I can use it in other dishes too! It tastes delicious if you blanch it briefly for less than a minute. If you blanch it for too long, it breaks easily.

I usually use a different chicken stock powder, but this is my first time using this one! I'm looking forward to it.
