I really love it, I cooked it called (paksiw”) with vinegar, salt,union and garlic.I forgot taking photos when cooking it cause I hurriedly packing foods to bring for picnic to the beach, (only bisaya people can relate) Me and my friendship enjoying eating it, The first dish we picked So delicious! I made sinigang with sweet potato tubers but it has a strong fishy smell. Probably more ideal to fry or make paksiw.
