Fresh Moringa pods are like gold to me; I am very happy that Weee had them. I purchased two sets last week, and was very impressed with the freshness, the pods were lovely and young… so w got more this week. I cleaned, blanched and froze them for later used. Moringa is a very healthy and nutritious food. Every part of this plant can be used. The leaves and pods are used for cooking. Here a few was added to dal.

Compared to last time, the okra I bought this time was in much better condition; most of them were beautiful, large (long), and quite big. I'm glad I bought them. I boiled them, chopped them, and mixed them with salted kelp.
