This 300g jar of sweet bean sauce is convenient for everyday storage and use. The sauce is a translucent, brownish-red color with a smooth, creamy texture and no visible lumps. Upon closer inspection, you can smell a natural fermented aroma, rich and mellow. It's perfect for dipping raw vegetables like scallions, cucumbers, and radishes, offering a smooth texture, a balanced sweet and salty flavor, and a simple, authentic taste.
