I cooked Ginisang Monggo yesterday, and my husband (American) really loves the Ginisang Monggo, and We ate it this dinner again, and I still have more in the fridge I'll try to finish it tomorrow. I'd repurchase it. It has a long shelf life and is great for making zongzi (sticky rice dumplings), rice wine, and porridge.
