I bought this because the reviews were good. It’s a perfect balance of sweet and salty. The seasoning is stronger than I expected, so you don't need to add much. It tastes great after using furikake instead of seasoned salt, adding extra Korean seasoned seaweed flakes, and some sesame oil.

In my opinion, the best hot and sour soup is Kangbao's seasoning. You can add eggs and tofu yourself, and then add white vinegar to your liking. It's simple and delicious.
