I cooked Ginisang Monggo yesterday, and my husband (American) really loves the Ginisang Monggo, and We ate it this dinner again, and I still have more in the fridge I'll try to finish it tomorrow. Pinoy foods are never boring to cook especially with Kanin. Perfect partner to these Pinoy Ulam and really great Pinoy ulam, whether simple or fancy, Kanin is definitely included!! However, this tofu has just the right firmness and a smooth texture. Because it doesn't crumble easily, it can be enjoyed not only in dishes like miso soup and mapo tofu, but also as chilled tofu.
