I cooked Ginisang Monggo yesterday, and my husband (American) really loves the Ginisang Monggo, and We ate it this dinner again, and I still have more in the fridge I'll try to finish it tomorrow. Really tender. It’s very sweet. But in a good way. Would I order this again?? Hmm. I might just grab the unmarinated stuff and do it myself. I prefer it a little less sweet. But this was good, and really convenient. I just defrosted it and threw it on the grill.
