Her sauce packet is very fragrant, unlike other noodle products that have a technologically advanced taste. The chili oil isn't too spicy, just very fragrant. The Sichuan peppercorn oil is quite numbing; I used the whole packet, and as a Sichuan girl, I found the numbing level just right. If you can't handle numbing, use less. The rice noodles are very chewy and smooth. I added a lot of vegetables and meat; this bowl would definitely cost over $15 in a restaurant. The portion is huge; one woman couldn't finish it. At over $5 a bag, it's not cheap, but you can taste that Teacher Cunlv puts her heart into using good ingredients. I will definitely buy from her again.

great! nothing to prepare, just to thaw for 24 hours then pop into the oven and follow the instructions exactly. make the condiments and pancakes, peel off the skin (wipe off the fat in the back and cut in strips) pull the meat off. enjoy it as in the restaurant. btw no need to pick the feather stubs, they'll burned off in roasting.
