Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil is one of my go-to ingredients for cold dishes. I usually add a small drizzle to cucumber salad, noodles, or other simple side dishes, and it instantly makes everything smell more fragrant and taste more flavorful. A little goes a long way, and it gives the dish a really nice nutty aroma without being too heavy.
