Compared to last time, the okra I bought this time was in much better condition; most of them were beautiful, large (long), and quite big. I'm glad I bought them. I boiled them, chopped them, and mixed them with salted kelp.

It has a crisp texture, is sprinkled with sugar, and has a sweet coconut flavor. It's perfect as an afternoon tea snack or treat. Made from wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, and dried coconut powder (about 4%), it originated in India.
