This is my go to Filipino spaghetti sauce! It taste like home! Always a hit whenever I made this for my American in-laws and my bisaya neighbors!

I cooked Ginisang Monggo yesterday, and my husband (American) really loves the Ginisang Monggo, and We ate it this dinner again, and I still have more in the fridge I'll try to finish it tomorrow.
