I cooked Ginisang Monggo yesterday, and my husband (American) really loves the Ginisang Monggo, and We ate it this dinner again, and I still have more in the fridge I'll try to finish it tomorrow. Pinoy foods are never boring to cook especially with Kanin. Perfect partner to these Pinoy Ulam and really great Pinoy ulam, whether simple or fancy, Kanin is definitely included!! Really tender. It’s very sweet. But in a good way. Would I order this again?? Hmm. I might just grab the unmarinated stuff and do it myself. I prefer it a little less sweet. But this was good, and really convenient. I just defrosted it and threw it on the grill.
