I was surprised to find it on Weee ! Thumbs up! Simply rinse the leaves with clean water, soak them in salt water, cook the snail rice noodles, turn off the heat, and finally add the perilla leaves. Delicious! I hope it stays in stock; I'll definitely repurchase.
