These are my favorite noodles ever. I bought the ones that are 100% buckwheat and they just were not good and had a bad texture (no chew, a bit grainy?). These ones have a much stronger buckwheat flavor, oddly enough, and the texture is chewy and they're just so fragrant. Sticking to this brand forever.

Sealed and packaged properly. Looks just like the pic. This will make life easier for garlic bread.
