I was almost out of curry bricks at home, and since they were on sale, I decided to give them a try.

I bought this because the reviews were good. It’s a perfect balance of sweet and salty. The seasoning is stronger than I expected, so you don't need to add much. It tastes great after using furikake instead of seasoned salt, adding extra Korean seasoned seaweed flakes, and some sesame oil.

I used it in a shabu-shabu salad. It was easy to cook with.

I buy this often because it's easy to use.
