Very classic

It's a pretty good cooking wine. However, it doesn't have much of a scallion or ginger flavor; it's just a regular cooking wine taste.

You won't know until you've tasted it.

I cooked Ginisang Monggo yesterday, and my husband (American) really loves the Ginisang Monggo, and We ate it this dinner again, and I still have more in the fridge I'll try to finish it tomorrow.
