Mushroom and vegetable buns taste great, are easy to eat, and can be served for breakfast. I've bought them multiple times.

The buns aren't big, the skin is quite thin, and the bright green shepherd's purse filling smells delicious. Steaming two a day in an electric cooker for breakfast is healthy and convenient.
