I think this is better than the cold noodle version. The raw fish salad had a strong fishy smell with the cold version, but the seasoning seems to mask that odor in this one. It has a subtle sesame oil scent, which makes it delicious, and it wasn't as salty as I expected, so it was really tasty.

This is my go to when I’m lazy or can’t figure out how to cook. The skins and juiciness are perfect with the right amount of crispiness.
