Compared to last time, the okra I bought this time was in much better condition; most of them were beautiful, large (long), and quite big. I'm glad I bought them. I boiled them, chopped them, and mixed them with salted kelp.

It's delicious and very fragrant, truly a Southeast Asian flavor. The only downside is the lack of meat; I hope they can offer larger packaging.

Just a small amount gives the dish a richer, more savory taste and really helps bring out the umami. Also no MSG added makes it feel much healthier!

Made some thai basil ground beef (Kra pao) and the basil tastes fresh, sweet tones. It came packaged in a loose plastic bag. Very good deal to buy since there’s a lot in the bag.
