I bought this because the reviews were good. It’s a perfect balance of sweet and salty. The seasoning is stronger than I expected, so you don't need to add much. It tastes great after using furikake instead of seasoned salt, adding extra Korean seasoned seaweed flakes, and some sesame oil.

It arrived today. I can't wait to try it.

Hongchanglong Premium Dried Shrimp (85g) The shrimp has a natural off-white color and is very fresh . It has a subtle sea salt flavor, making it perfect for wonton soup base, egg drop soup, and chive dumplings – a natural "flavor enhancer" . It's also quite clean, with almost no small fish, seaweed, or other impurities . After opening, it needs to be sealed tightly and refrigerated. A frequent repurchase!

I made an amazing pepper side dish with this samjang, along with other sauces, and it was an instant hit in our house. This samjang has a great flavor and has a nice kick. We don’t use samjang often, so this smaller size is perfect for us.
