This cup of noodles is quite good. The noodles are not fried and are made from rice flour and hijiki, a dark brown sea vegetable known as “tot” in Korean. The soup is kimchi-based and even includes a real kimchi block. It’s very savory—kimchi lovers will definitely enjoy this cup of noodles.
