These AuriRice brand dried fresh rice noodles are very convenient and cook quickly until soft. Just soak the dried fresh noodles in cold water for 5 minutes, then boil them in boiling water for 4-5 minutes to get delicious, chewy flat noodles. They can be used to make pho or stir-fried pho, which is also very tasty! I will buy them again next time!
