I cooked Ginisang Monggo yesterday, and my husband (American) really loves the Ginisang Monggo, and We ate it this dinner again, and I still have more in the fridge I'll try to finish it tomorrow. Compared to last time, the okra I bought this time was in much better condition; most of them were beautiful, large (long), and quite big. I'm glad I bought them. I boiled them, chopped them, and mixed them with salted kelp.
