Best for champorado and arroz caldo!

I used it in Mala Xiang Guo, but I think I can use it in other dishes too! It tastes delicious if you blanch it briefly for less than a minute. If you blanch it for too long, it breaks easily.

The individual packaging is very convenient, but not easy to open (the packaging in Taiwan and Japan is better). It is a good carbohydrate for breakfast, but I prefer the taste of another brand of purple sweet potato jerky.

The preserved eggs are plump and the side dishes are delicious.

I bought some to try because I saw everyone praising it. The box is tiny though.
