Everyone said this was delicious, so I bought it to try.

Not bad. Turn it over and quickly remove any debris and lymph nodes (very few). Add salt and flour and rub it in. After rinsing, soak it in vinegar and pepper for about 10 minutes. How about that? Clean, right? The smell isn't too strong either.

Even after blanching, it still has a fishy smell... It tastes good, but the fishy smell is really strong.

A must-have for hot pot
