Really tender. It’s very sweet. But in a good way. Would I order this again?? Hmm. I might just grab the unmarinated stuff and do it myself. I prefer it a little less sweet. But this was good, and really convenient. I just defrosted it and threw it on the grill.

The taste was alright, not bad. I added carrots, minced garlic, and soy sauce, which made it taste better. Most of the noodles were broken. Personally, I don't think it's as good as Ma Liu Ji cold noodles. I wouldn't buy it again.

My favorite rice noodles. If you can't eat spicy food, just omit the chili; it tastes great. Only use half of the sauce packet at a time, otherwise it'll be too salty.

I tried making it with Nakgopsae and Mala Xiangguo, and it goes really well! There was no need to soak it; I just blanched it for 1-2 minutes and used it right away.
