Buy them, roast them, and they're as fragrant and delicious as watermelon seeds during Tet (Vietnamese New Year), but the best part is you don't have to crack each seed individually and you don't have to worry about damaging your teeth. You should buy some; I eat roasted pumpkin seeds with tea for breakfast.
