I cooked Ginisang Monggo yesterday, and my husband (American) really loves the Ginisang Monggo, and We ate it this dinner again, and I still have more in the fridge I'll try to finish it tomorrow. Arrived slightly dented but risked it anyways since it wasn’t on a seam and seemingly just happened during transport….besides that, made a delicious meal with cooked down tomatoes onions and garlic!
