Small but it’s ok

I cooked Ginisang Monggo yesterday, and my husband (American) really loves the Ginisang Monggo, and We ate it this dinner again, and I still have more in the fridge I'll try to finish it tomorrow. Pinoy foods are never boring to cook especially with Kanin. Perfect partner to these Pinoy Ulam and really great Pinoy ulam, whether simple or fancy, Kanin is definitely included!! Compared to last time, the okra I bought this time was in much better condition; most of them were beautiful, large (long), and quite big. I'm glad I bought them. I boiled them, chopped them, and mixed them with salted kelp.

Not bad. Turn it over and quickly remove any debris and lymph nodes (very few). Add salt and flour and rub it in. After rinsing, soak it in vinegar and pepper for about 10 minutes. How about that? Clean, right? The smell isn't too strong either.
