I bought this because the reviews were good. It’s a perfect balance of sweet and salty. The seasoning is stronger than I expected, so you don't need to add much. It tastes great after using furikake instead of seasoned salt, adding extra Korean seasoned seaweed flakes, and some sesame oil.

It makes mentaiko rice bowls, rice balls, and Japanese dishes even more delicious when sprinkled on top! It's a product I can't run out of at home, so I bought it again this time.
