This brand of mandarin fish sauce is delicious; I buy it every time I run out.

I bought this because the reviews were good. It’s a perfect balance of sweet and salty. The seasoning is stronger than I expected, so you don't need to add much. It tastes great after using furikake instead of seasoned salt, adding extra Korean seasoned seaweed flakes, and some sesame oil.

Made some thai basil ground beef (Kra pao) and the basil tastes fresh, sweet tones. It came packaged in a loose plastic bag. Very good deal to buy since there’s a lot in the bag.

The chili peppers are spicy, aromatic, and fresh.
